Session Fee Agreement
Session Fees A non-refundable session fee is due in order to reserve your session date. *
Natural Light by Zanetta Pitt SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR SESSION DATE OR TO GIVE IT TO ANOTHER CLIENT IF IT DOES NOT RECEIVE THE DEPOSIT (session fee is to secure your date of the photoshoot). The fee shall be good for services performed on the originally scheduled date. In the event that you need to re-schedule that date, pricing and our availability to provide services on such date will be reviewed. Your deposit includes: custom-styled photography, use of studio props, a private online gallery and in person viewing, displaying approximately 25-35 beautiful portraits, (15 in the case of petite sessions) each artistically edited and retouched. Deposit DOES NOT include digital images!* and only includes one 10"x8" Fine Art print if you buy minimum of 5 digital images. (10"x8" print not included in the PETITE sessions)

Copyrights & Penalty
Natural Light by Zanetta Pitt retains all copyrights to all images created during client’s session. A print release may will be given with purchased digital files to print portraits for personal use. The print release does not allow publication of your portraits (i.e. entering in contests), selling or altering of your images without the photographer’s written permission. It is illegal to copy, scan, download, print, share, alter, or otherwise steal any image created by Natural Light by Zanetta Pitt during client’s photo session. This applies to "sneak preview" images, images posted in an online proofing gallery, blog, Facebook, or hard copy images. If client steals images via any method listed above, or any other method, client will be invoiced for the cost of EACH digital image client has stolen, at photographer’s current price per digital file. Note from your photographer: I work very hard to create images that reflect you and your family, while keeping in line with my artistic vision and creativity. I know you will want to share them and so ask that you simply link back to my blog/website/facebook page instead of right-clicking, saving, and sharing the image via your own page. I hope that you will respect not only my hard work, but the time, money, and dedication that I have put into training and equipment to capture these images for you. Please do not steal them. *
Session Fee
Session Fee is securing the date and time of your photoshoot, and is separate from digital images which are purchased sepratly.
